concept of Equation समीकरण की अवधारणा

 समीकरण  Equation -  समीकरण शब्द में सम शब्द है सम शब्द का अर्थ समान या ब्रराबर होता है हम कह सकते है समीकरण शब्द से अभिप्राय समानता (=)  से है समीकरण को और समझाने के लिए हमें चर को समझाना होगा In the word equation, there is the word Equa. The word equa means equal.. We can say that the word equation means equality (=). To explain the equation further, we have to explain the variable.

चर   Variable -   वे राशियां जिनके मान गणितीय संक्रियाओं में बदलते रहते हैै। बीजीय गणित मेंचर के रूप में  मुख्यतः x, y और z  का प्रयोग किया जाता है।   The quantities whose values keep changing in mathematical operations. In algebraic mathematics, mainly x, y and z are used as variables.

सामान्यतः कोई राशि की माप तो  है लेकिन मालूम नही होने की स्थिति   में  राशि की माप को चर x, y, या z  मान लेते है   

जैसे:-राम की आयु, आयत की लम्बाई, त्रिभुज का आधार आदि। 

E.g. :- Age of Ram, length of rectangle, base of triangle etc.

चर दो प्रकार के होते है-   There are two types of variables-

1. Independent variable   स्वतंत्र चर (x)

 2. Dependent variable    परतंत्र चर   (y)

 जैसे - मोहन की आयु  श्याम से 2 वर्ष अधिक है   

For example - Mohan's age is 2 years more than Shyam's.

इस स्थिति  न तो मोहन आयु पता है नही श्याम की आयु पता है  लेकिन मोहन श्याम से दो वर्ष बड़ा है  यहाँ  श्याम  स्वतंत्र है और  मोहन परतंत्र  है  क्योकि मोहन की आयु श्याम पर निर्भर है  

In this situation neither Mohan's age is known nor Shyam's age is known but Mohan is two years older than Shyam. Here Shyam is independent and Mohan is dependent because Mohan's age depends on Shyam.

समीकरण  -   समीकरण एक कथन है जिसमे दो गणितीय व्यंजक  बराबर चिह्न (=) द्वारा अलग होते हैं।   An equation is a statement consisting of two mathematical expressions separated by an equals sign (=).

जैसेः- 2x+1 = 0, 3x -2y = 6 आदि।

रैखिक समीकरण Linear Equation:- वह समीकरण जिसमें चर राशि की अधिकत्तम घात एक होती है, वह रैखिक समीकरण कहलाता है। 

रैखिक समीकरण का व्यापक रूप ax+b= 0 होता है। जहाॅ a ≠ 0   a, b वास्तविक संख्याऐ है।
